INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY
Meowl Capital provides analytical and research information. Nothing on the website, in an API response, report or Telegram message is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer, or a recommendation to transact in a security or derivative.
Models, estimates, implied volatility, Greeks, expected moves, portfolio weights and historical results involve assumptions and uncertainty. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your decisions, execution, risk controls and compliance obligations.
MARKET DATA AND AVAILABILITY
Market and reference data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Calculations can be affected by bad ticks, corporate actions, instrument changes, connectivity failures and third-party outages. Meowl Capital does not guarantee that any value is complete, current or error-free.
The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice, including during maintenance or a market-data interruption.
ACCOUNTS AND API ACCESS
Account access is personal unless expressly agreed otherwise. Keep passwords and API keys confidential and promptly revoke a key that may have been exposed. You are responsible for activity performed using your credentials.
Do not bypass rate limits or access controls, interfere with the service, probe another user's data, introduce malicious code, or use automated access outside the published API. Access may be limited or disabled where necessary to protect users, data providers or the service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website design, original text, derived research, model outputs, reports and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A user may use authorised outputs for personal or internal research, subject to plan and API terms, but may not republish or resell the service or systematically reproduce it without written permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Meowl Capital is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
